Any citizen in Delhi can report civic safety problems, suggest solutions, and trigger action from government, corporates, universities and community. Select your district, identify the issue, suggest a solution, and attach evidence — your report reaches the right Delhi authority and triggers community collaboration.
VRsafeIndia is a citizen safety reporting platform operated by eeAIglobal Private Limited, a company registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Our mission is ethical, citizen-centred technology for public good.

When you submit a report, we collect: your name, email address, and phone number (for complaint tracking only); the issue description, location, district, category; and any photos, audio, video or PDF you attach as evidence.

Your personal details (name, phone, email) are used only to send you a tracking acknowledgement and to contact you if clarification is needed. They are never shared with any government department, public body, or third party.
The complaint content, location, category, and evidence files are forwarded to the relevant Delhi government department after admin review. These may also appear in anonymised public accountability reports published by eeAIglobal.

Approved complaints may be included in anonymised monthly district safety reports published publicly on VRsafeIndia. Your identity is always removed before any public publication. Only the issue, location, category, and outcome are made public.
All data is stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 database and R2 object storage), governed by Cloudflare's enterprise-grade security and data residency policies. eeAIglobal does not sell, rent, or monetise your personal data in any form.
